CORE Workstation

CORE Workstation provides individuals, small teams, and distributed teams a complete systems development solution, independent of a server.

This version of CORE permits databases or database changes to be exported, facilitating design sharing and synchronization with a master database - all from your personal workstation. CORE information and models can be shared with others through XML export, HTML views, graphic images, printed documents and diagrams. Behavior models can be viewed in as many layers of abstraction as necessary to understand how the model performs. Reports are included and allow generation of all DoDAF 1.5 views.

CORE Workstation can be enhanced with COREsim to provide a desktop systems engineering and simulation workbench. The simulator can be constrained to execute a single layer of a behavior model or it can navigate the entire logical decomposition to execute the integrated systems model.

Minimum Specifications for CORE Workstation Hardware and Operating System Configuration:

  • Operating System: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7
  • CPU: 1 GHz processor or higher. The faster the CPU, the faster script and simulation (using COREsim) execution will be.
  • RAM: 1 GB RAM is the minimum recommended.  2 GB RAM is preferred.
  • Hard Drive: 100 MB free disk space; additional disk space required for project databases.
  • Screen Resolution: 1024x768 pixels or greater recommended

CORE Workstation provides you the opportunity to maximize your systems development by adding an additional level of flexibility, integration and productivity.
