Getting Started With CORE

Thank you for your recent purchase of CORE.

We are confident you will begin to see benefits throughout your workgroup - and program - quickly. Here are some steps to get you started as quickly as possible.

Installing CORE

You may download the CORE software and get started immediately. Since your order is in process, you will need to obtain a license file electronically. Your software files, along with instructions, will arrive in the next few days.

Submitting a License Request

The license request process is typically generated from the computer to be licensed.  For example, to license CORE Enterprise, the license request would be generated from the CORE Enterprise Server. This is what you need to do:
  • Run the licreq.exe program either from either CORE product’s program folder.
  • Once the license request generator program is launched, choose File > Generate. Please be aware that this action will invalidate any license files currently on the machine.
  • Enter the user’s name and product serial number.
  • Save the output file and send it to Licensing.
  • Include identifying information such as company name, user name, and computer name and the operating system you are using.
